Keeping fit and healthy should be the prime concern for all of us. If we do not take care of our bodies, we will be prone to sickness and complications that will hamper our ability to function normally in work and in our relationships with other people. People would agree that expressing your stress through sports is better than taking it out on alcohol or other unacceptable behaviour. You also get to take care of your body along the way, which is all that matters in the long run.
