It is a fact that people should learn martial arts. One reason is that martial arts are a way to preserve traditional practices that are rooted in self-defence, but they are also ways that develop a person into a more peaceful and law-abiding citizen of any country.
Anyone with the interest and the money can learn martial arts. In some cases, however, people are taught and learn these arts out of pure necessity. Now, for real estate agents, is it really necessary for them to learn martial arts? Would these skills be useful for their trade? First, these real estate agents deal with a lot of money. Even if he is not carrying the cash for payment, they still carry a significant value with them every time. Take for example if he is carrying a laptop. These computers cost a lot of money apiece, and would become targets for undesirables like muggers and robbers. If real estate agents cannot fight back, then they can lose a lot of money either their own or the company's if they are affiliated with a brokerage.
Second reason: they can keep fit with martial arts. Martial arts exercise the entire body of a practitioner. You can learn to maintain a strong root and keep the body balanced, and you can also build up muscle and lung strength which will come in handy and helpful.
